We are seeking a detail-oriented Reward Specialist in the Healthcare sector based 3 days in the office in Leatherhead. This role is integral in ensuring the organisation reward, compensation and benefits strategy and delivery.

Description

  • Supporting the Head of HR to develop and implement the total reward strategy which attracts and retains talent
  • Maintaining relationships with reward and benefits partners, ensuring renewals are managed effectively within timescales
  • Sourcing new and relevant external partners to improve well-being and benefits
  • Responsible for annual salary reviews
  • Evaluating job positions to determine classification and salary
  • Conducting market and trend analyses for sector specific benchmarking
  • Providing advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations
  • Lead on Reward Reporting, including Gender Pay Gap and presenting insights/ideas to the business
  • Working with HR to promote and drive internal communications to increase awareness and use of benefits and well-being initiatives

Profile

A successful Reward Specialist should have:

  • Proven experience within a Reward specialism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of HR/Reward practices and standards
  • A keen eye for detail with a strategic approach to decision making
  • Strong verbal communication skills - confident with communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the business
