Sales Administrator

- £25,000 - £35,000 salary (DOE)

Job Description:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the showroom
- Answering incoming phone calls and delivering a high standard of service to customers.
- Creating and sending out quotes to customers.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and surveys
- Support in new product growth and sales.
- Support with office management.
- Help generate leads for prospective clients and businesses
- Developing relationships with customers/clients.
- Support with CRM management.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and providing after sales support.
- Maintaining tidiness and organisation of the warehouse and stock.
- Support with social media content, website content update and brand development.
Person Specification:
- Good level of education
- Relevant experience of working at a similar level.
- MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and takes pride in quality of work carried out.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
