Resident Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Resident Manager to oversee a dynamic Build-to-Rent development in Surrey. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the residential building, serving as the main point of contact for residents' needs and concerns. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a high standard of living for residents and creating an exceptional living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings as needed for prospective tenants.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, current residents, visitors, colleagues, and couriers.
  • Ensure seamless resident move-in and move-out processes, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Regularly update resident social media platforms to keep the community informed and engaged.
  • Provide consistent updates and reports to the General Manager on building operations and resident matters.
  • Manage financial documentation related to tenancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the smooth running of the office, including answering phone calls and general administrative duties.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in lettings or property management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage resident relationships effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.), and familiarity with industry-specific systems such as Yardi, RentCafe, or Hubspot.
  • Ideally ARLA or equivalent property qualification
