24 hours per weekThis is an exceptional HR opportunity working for an established charity based in Leatherhead with a highly inclusive, supportive culture. This role is initially available on a one-year fixed term contract. Our client offers hybrid working and flexibility. Reporting into the HR Director it will line manage, Senior HR Officer, HR Officer, People Administrator.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive the People strategy, that support our clients values of respect, empowerment, responsibility, and excellence. You'll also manage a talented People team, empowering them to provide outstanding support and guidance.

About the RoleAs their People Manager, you'll partner with managers and leaders to shape and deliver Business plans that align with organisational goals. With a focus on improving recruitment processes, you'll manage key areas including recruitment and retention, employee relations, policy development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and learning and development.Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Whether you're implementing new policies, developing and implementing tools or coaching and supporting managers, your work will be essential in creating a positive employee experience that supports our purpose.

What our client is looking for:Experience in a similar HR management role, ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified or with equivalent experience.A collaborative team player who can inspire, influence, and engage others.Organised, results-oriented, with ability to deliver under pressure, forward plan and effectively manage conflicting priorities.
