- Provide coaching, advice, support and training to ensure that all HR policies and processes run smoothly
- Support line managers, to ensure that key organisation objectives are assured, values are reinforced and risks are well managed.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding processes.
- Analyse HR data and provide reports on metrics.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as wellbeing programs and diversity strategies.
