Our client is a well-established and growing organisation operating within the Facilities Management sector. With multiple office locations across the UK and a strong focus on delivering people-first solutions, they are committed to building a high-performing, inclusive culture through effective HR leadership and support.

Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Support the Facilities Management division across national sites, with regular travel and a presence in key offices (Manchester, Redditch, or Finsbury Park) at least three days per week
  • Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing expert HR guidance and coaching on all people matters
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and effectively to support business goals
  • Lead or contribute to wider HR projects across the division
  • Support employee relations cases, ensuring timely and fair resolution
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with company values
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and the Shared Services team for specialised support
  • Facilitate performance and reward processes, including annual reviews and improvement plans
  • Assist in change management initiatives, ensuring people impacts are well-managed and compliant
  • Help identify talent and support succession planning and development opportunities

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a hands-on HR role, ideally within a business unit or multi-site setting
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance business and people needs
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • The confidence to influence and support managers at all levels
  • Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel and be visible across sites as needed
