NET Recruit is searching the market for a Reward Specialist to join a healthcare business operating just in the Leatherhead area.  You RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Acting in an advisory capacity on matters regarding salary, benefits and wellbeing, ensuring these are in line with statutory requirements and company guidelines
  • Supporting the Head of HR Services in the delivery of the reward strategy, ensuring that it is successful in attracting and retaining employees
  • Creating a reward matrix and undertaking job slotting based on bands, modelling reward elements within the career adventures framework
  • Engaging with external reward partners to ensure benefits and wellbeing perks are renewed and dealth with effectively, and when needed, sourcing new external partners to improve the benefits and ensure they are more cost effective
  • Monitoring the performance, success and cost-effectiveness of external suppliers
  • Handling the review of annual salaries and analysis, based on market benchmarking, ensuring this is a competitive process
  • Managing short team incentive plans
  • Collating candidate data from the recruitment team to inform salary levels, expectations and trends
  • Promoting communications with employees that increase the usage of new and existing benefits and initiatives
You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Extensive experience within a comparable compensation focussed and reward-based role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with external suppliers for benefits beneficial
  • Experience developing strategies and matrix structures ideally
Your OpportunityThis is a a developing business that provides healthcare and support services to a customer base with a specific set of needs. The position holder will support the ongoing development of the reward strategy, managing the relationships with external partners and the implementation and distribution of incentives across the business.There will be a starting salary of potentially up to £55,000 for this role to accompany a renumeration package including, flexible working opportunities, an attractive holiday entitlement, pension scheme, employee discount schemes, incentives and other perks.
