Responsibilities
- Service Management:Â Oversee scheduled and emergency service jobs using our Clik Service Management Programme.
- Installation Coordination:Â Manage the customer installation process and maintain team communication.
- Operational Excellence:Â Manage operated accounts, conduct hygiene visits, control stock usage, and support the sales team.
- Compliance & Safety:Â Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, focusing on health and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a technical support or service desk role.
- Proficient with service management programs (e.g., Clik) and CRM systems.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
