SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Support Engineer required for a passionate and culture-led Microsoft Partner. You will be supporting a number of Microsoft 365 technologies, predominantly SharePoint and Power Platform.
This role is predominantly based from home, and can be fully remote. Their office is near Leatherhead where you can work if you wish.
THE ROLE:
Client centric, your main task is supporting external customers. You will be managing and prioritising support tickets and tasks covering the collaboration side of Microsoft 365, with your main focus around SharePoint. SharePoint tasks will range from bespoke SharePoint solutions through to their main SharePoint product. You’ll also be troubleshooting Power Platform (Power Automate) and OneDrive etc.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
For this SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Support Engineer, you must have:
- Solid SharePoint experience,
- Awareness of Power Automate,
- Previous Support background,
- experience working with and prioritising support tickets.
- excellent customer facing experience.
SALARY:
£50-55k Basic
However flexible for the right individual.
