We are looking for an Account Handler to work for a market leader in their industry. Ideally, you will have an interest in the financial services market and be looking for your first or second role into this specialism with the attitude and desire to develop your career within insurance.

You'll work closely with the Account Executive to offer, and present insurance solutions with all of your calls being inbound.

You will have a professional telephone manner and be confident working as part of a team, as well as being able to use initiative.

This role needs someone who has good administration skills with accuracy, and attention to detail.

You will be processing documents and making sure compliance and procedures are adhered to at all times for our clients customers, therefore your written and verbal skills must be excellent.

You will be happy to handle queries from customers both on the telephone and Email with the ability to prioritise your workload, therefore you should have excellent organisations skills.
