We have two exciting opportunities to join a specialist MGA, based in Leatherhead, with expertise in the Not for Profit, Faith, Education, and Recruitment sectors. You will become part of a thriving organisation that consistently delivers excellent underwriting results for its A-rated Insurer partners.
This role involves collaborating with brokers, assessing risks, providing new business quotations, and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage renewals, new business quotations and mid-term adjustments in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
- Set up and maintain accurate policy records.
- Address broker and insurer partner queries within assigned authority limits.
- Offer relevant insurance products while adhering to underwriting standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues, brokers, and insurers on coverage and pricing matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures.
Experience:
- Commercial insurance underwriting experience, preferably in property, liability, commercial combined, or financial lines. Candidates with commercial broking experience and binder/delegated authority placement expertise are encouraged to apply.
- Cert CII qualification or working towards it.
- Experience working in a regulated FCA environment.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, compliance systems and processes, and financial management.
- Proficiency in bespoke systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and be flexible.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, negotiation) at all levels.
