We’re working with a highly successful, independent wealth planning firm in Cobham that’s seeking an experienced IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator to join their dedicated, close-knit team of 10. About the Company:Our client is a well-respected, boutique wealth planning firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to their clients. Their team is made up of 4 Administrators, 2 Paraplanners, and 4 Advisers who work closely together to ensure client needs are met with precision and care. As part of this team, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to technical financial cases and playing a key role in delivering high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new business and handling client documentation
  • Managing the Advisers' inbox and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Proactively preparing for client meetings, ensuring all materials and reports are ready
  • Coordinating with Advisers to provide outstanding service to clients
  • Organising annual reviews for clients and scheduling these into the Advisers' diaries
