- Build and maintain the compliance function to oversee and advise on regulatory matters.
- Establish and implement monitoring procedures to improve compliance across the Group.
- Draft policies, procedures, and training documents to communicate regulatory requirements effectively.
- Provide advice and training to internal teams and external consultants on compliance.
- Advise on the impact of new regulations and legislation, ensuring the Group remains proactive and compliant.
- Manage and assist with internal investigations into compliance issues.
- Oversee and respond to compliance-related audits, assessments, and regulatory requests.
- Participate in Group compliance meetings, including the Modern Slavery Working Group and quarterly compliance reviews.
- Oversee the production of the Group’s annual Modern Slavery Statement.
