Compliance LawyerSurrey/ SE LondonWe're currently working with a brilliant FTSE 100 property developer, currently looking to bring on board a regulatory/compliance lawyer to offer support on all regulatory matters across the firm. Joining a strong team of 8 lawyers, you will have a great opportunity to learn and grow with the firm.The role:
  • Drafting policies, procedures and internal training documents to ensure regulatory compliance is communicated effectively across the group function
  • Advising the business on the impact of upcoming regulations and legislation
  • Compliance Audits & Risk Assessments
  • Establish and run various procedures for improing the company activities from a compliance perspective
  • Support the Group Company Secretary with Modern Slavery 
  • Assisting with DSARs
  • Drafting privacy notices.
Successful candidates will be a qualified solicitor, with over 5 years PQE, you must bring experience and knowledge of GDPR, AML, Anti-Bribery, Sanctions, Modern Slavery, Fraud and more.  You will be a clear communicator and have the ability to distill knowledge and insight into clear deliverable information at the right level.What's in it for you?
