- Develop and maintain production schedules using an ERP system.
- Manage production capacity to align with customer demands and deliveries.
- Monitor schedules for any changes in materials, machinery, or production constraints.
- Oversee work orders, track materials, and monitor the production progress.
- Point of contact for customers for customer order scheduling & deliveries.
- Liaise with internal departments to provide lead times.
- Identify and resolve production conflicts.
- Work with procurement to ensure material availability and resolve shortages.
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audits.
- Experience in aerospace, pharmaceutical, or medical device engineering is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in scheduling and production planning.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, e.g. CNC machine planning.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams.
- Detail-oriented & good multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in IT packages and ERP systems.
- Competitive salary up to £45,000 DOE + bonus.
