Scheduler/Service Coordinator £30,000-£33,000 Leatherhead

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a enthusiastic Scheduler on behalf of a leading company based in Leatherhead. We are seeking someone who has excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and have office banter at the same time! You must be a motivated individual with a 'cando’ attitude who can work well in within a team.

Duties:

  • Responsible for planning and managing engineers daily work schedule which will consist of both reactive and preventative maintenance
  • General Administration Tasks including, emails, filing, sending out contracts
  • First line customer assistance - e.g., answering telephone calls and dealing with customers.
  • Uploading and allocating documents to online systems
  • Keeping online systems up to date
  • Managing diaries
  • Allocate and schedule work for engineers

To be successful you'll possess:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling position is required for this position
  • Confident, polite and well mannered
  • IT literate
  • Educated to GCSE level with C’s and above
  • Must live locally to Leatherhead
