Project Sales Administrator

A fantastic position has become available to support my clients UK and European sales force. You must be articulate, confident and numerate and possess excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel being essential. In return they offer a competitive salary, plus company benefits.

Job Description

  • For each sales enquiry confirm price, specification and delivery
  • Complete price breakdown for each enquiry
  • Reserve and order products and ancillaries
  • Review order confirmations, checking for any issues
  • Ensure relevant depts confirm specification of orders
  • Review verbal order sheets
  • Prepare documentation for handover meetings
  • Update prices
  • Advise sales of new promotions and models
  • Update the product delivery schedule
  • Provide movement instructions for each move
  • Update and maintain machine database
  • Sort out problems such as suppliers, deliveries etc
  • Attend sales and engineering meetings as required

Person Specification:

  • Must be confident and able to work on own initiative/multi-task
  • Numerate
  • Good working knowledge of excel is essential
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Capable under pressure
  • Articulate, confident and numerate

Additional Information:

  • Based in Leatherhead
  • £31,000
  • 9am - 5.30am / 8am - 4.30pm on a Friday
  • 20 days holiday + 3 days at Christmas (rising with service)
