  • Based in Leatherhead
  • £31,000 salary
  • 9am - 5.30am, Monday - Thursday
  • 8am - 4.30pm on a Friday
  • 20 days holiday + 3 days at Christmas (rising with service)

Job Description

  • Confirm price, specifications, and delivery for each sales enquiry.
  • Provide detailed price breakdowns for every enquiry.
  • Reserve and order products and related items.
  • Review order confirmations, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to confirm order specifications.
  • Review verbal order sheets for accuracy.
  • Prepare handover documents for meetings.
  • Update pricing information regularly.
  • Inform sales team about new promotions and product models.
  • Update the product delivery schedule as needed.
  • Issue movement instructions for product transfers.
  • Maintain and update the machine database.
  • Resolve issues with suppliers, deliveries, or other challenges.
  • Attend sales and engineering meetings as required.

Person Specification:

  • Must be confident, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role required.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong prioritisation skills.
  • Perform well under pressure.
  • Articulate, confident, and detail oriented.
