Team Administrator Leatherhead, Surrey (KT22) - Fully Office based. Monday  - Friday 8.30-17.30pm~Salary £25,000 - £28,000 (Dependant on experience)

The purpose of the Team Administrator position is to support the wider team with all aspects of Administration across the business. You will be an integral part of the team.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist Commercial Manager with day-to-day administration.
  • Answering inbound calls.
  • Salesforce housekeeping as required.
  • Open all post and pass PCN’s to PCN Administrator.
  • Assist PCN Administrator as required.
  • Assist with the End of Contract process.
  • Assist with confirming delivery of new vehicles.

Skills required for this role: 

  • High level of numeracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner with ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers over the telephone.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative.
  • Proficient user of MS Excel and Outlook
  • Use of workflow management tool such as Salesforce or other CRM system.
