Graduate Design Engineer - £26,000 - £30,000 based in Leatherhead, SurreyThis is a great opportunity for a graduate with a degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering with an interest in the mechanical and electrical aspects of the construction and building services industry.Experience of design packages is a requirement.FULL TRAINING WITH BE PROVIDEDThe successful candidate will be working as part of a team, producing single service drawings, incorporating model changes, and performing co-ordination tasks whilst, assisting in the overall project delivery. You will be under the supervision of a senior team member. Responsibilities• Producing coordinated modelled solutions for elementary areas.• The production of SSDs and end sheets from the 3D modelled environment.• Incorporating changes to the co-ordinated 3D services model• Preparation and updating of 2D drawings.• Incorporating drawing comments in both 2D and 3D. • Applying BIM data to the model.• Raising technical queries and liaising with clients and design team members.Unfortunately due to the volume of applications we receive, if Copperfield Recruitment Ltd has not contacted you within five days of your application then please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
