Shorterm group are currently working with is a privately owned Aircraft Interiors Design, Manufacturing and Repair company located in Leatherhead Surrey. After the recent relocation to their new facility in Leatherhead, They are now expanding there in house manufacturing capabilities & are currently keen to recruit Composite fitters.Responsibilities and duties:Producing Composite Interior monuments, such as Galleys, Closets, Dog Boxes and Cabinetry.Produce MDF tooling and bonding fixtures. Identifying materials and tooling required for specific tasks.Ensure Health and safety policies are adhered to at all times. Liaising with the Design & Planning departments.Advise senior management on potential cost savings within the engineering process.Maintaining project paperwork.Required Skills and experiences:Proven experience within the aviation sector.Ability to produce Composite Bonded structures from flat panels. Ability to understand and work from Engineering drawingsBe able to manage day to day workload unsupervised.Must have a "hands on, can do attitude".Ability to work to approved design data and technical drawings.Location: Leatherhead, SurreyShift: 6am - 6pm Monday to Thursday, 6am - 12:30pm Friday (option to finish at 6pm also.)Contract: 3 - 6 months (potential extension in line with order book)Pay: £21ph Outside IR35.Start date: ASAPIf you feel you are suitable for this role please apply now or contact Callum Withey for more details.
