Office Administrator
We have a super role for an established business, based in Surrey.
This position is to work 3-4 days in the office with a 37.5 Hour Week.

Working as part of a busy team, you will be supporting all administration duties within the HR department, therefore we are seeking someone who is extremely organised with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, with accuracy
- Excellent telephone manner
- Organised and able to prioritise workload
- Filing, photocopying, and updating database
- Dealing with queries both on the telephone, Face to Face and Email
- Check compliance for new starters/leavers
- General administration duties
- IT Literate with Word and EXCEL
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- A good team player who uses initiative
