An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our client’s dynamic organisation based in Epsom.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling outgoing post.
  • Providing administrative support, including drafting letters and emails.
  • Maintaining databases and control spreadsheets.
  • Preparing engagement and disengagement letters.
  • Performing Company Secretarial admin-based tasks.
  • Communicating with HMRC as required.
  • Managing invoicing and assisting with marketing.
  • Supporting other general office duties as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an accounting profession, ideally with Iris experience.
  • A proactive and positive approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
