The role involves managing data, coordinating internal and external communication, and supporting business functions to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality service.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Office Coordinator • Assist with onboarding new partners and maintaining accurate records.• Support daily operational checks to ensure efficiency.• Assist in testing and verifying documents and system processes.• Maintain and improve office systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.• Work to improve processes and data quality.• Support teams with administrative tasks and system-related queries.• Investigate and resolve data and documentation issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.• Monitor daily tasks and submissions to ensure compliance with company standards.________________________________________Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required: Office Coordinator • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office environment.• Strong communication skills via phone and email.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.• Ability to learn and use various office and data management systems.________________________________________Competencies & Personal Attributes:• Planning & Organisation: Ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively.• Problem-Solving & Query Resolution: Investigating and resolving issues efficiently.• Embracing Change: Open to learning new skills and adapting to evolving requirements.• Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate and assist colleagues.• Self-Development: Proactively identify areas for improvement and learn new tasks.• Excellent Communication: Strong attention to detail and clear, professional communication.
