We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our clients front-of-house operations and provide exceptional support to our reception team. The ideal candidate will be the central point of contact for all front-of-house activities, including managing caterers, overseeing taxi accounts, arranging transport, booking meeting rooms, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle multiple tasks and maintain a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist the receptionist with daily front-of-house duties to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, managing their needs and inquiries.
  • Oversee catering arrangements for meetings and company events.
  • Manage taxi accounts and arrange transportation for staff and visitors as needed.
  • Coordinate the booking and preparation of meeting rooms, ensuring they are equipped and ready for use.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and ensure the office environment complies with these standards.
  • Process and sign off invoices, managing front-of-house expenses efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a front-of-house or office management role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within an office environment.
  • Competency in managing budgets and signing off on invoices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
