We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead the charge and keep operations on point. If you’ve got management experience, a knack for efficiency, and thrive on creating a happy, productive workplace, this could be your perfect role!

Duties:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and support the team.
  • Streamline processes to boost efficiency and keep costs in check.
  • Manage the office team and foster a positive, productive environment.
  • Take the lead on HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and office regulations.
  • Oversee supplier contracts, negotiate deals, and manage resources.
  • Take charge of payroll, absence tracking, and employee record keeping.
  • Handle budgets, expenses, and general office finance.
  • Organise company projects and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Be the go-to person for problem-solving and keeping operations smooth.

To be successful:

  • Proven experience in a management role (Office Manager or similar).
