Recruitment Coordinator

£13-15.00 p/hour

Full Time

Remote based (but 1-2 days in first week in office for training)

1-2 times a month team catch up meetings in Leatherhead

Free parking onsite for office days

Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm

Are you free for an ongoing temporary assignment, current budget through until end of 2025, but keeping options open for a further extension with new year budget sign-off.

You'll be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Manager, allowing them to free up the administration tasks, and concentrate on volume recruitment and projects.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the departments in-box
  • Contacting and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Organising and confirming details of interviews
  • Arranging video screening send outs and reviewing / feeding back to recruitment / hiring manager
  • Keeping the recruitment tracker updated with activities/progress
  • Posting adverts on the internal database for colleagues to review, as well as external recruitment sites
  • Getting involved in writing adverts for new roles
  • Chasing managers to shortlist potential candidates, and block out diaries for interviews
  • Coordinating RTW meetings and involved in onboarding and first day liaison.
