We are currently seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic teachers to join our team for long-term cover positions at our vibrant school in Leatherhead. These positions offer excellent opportunities to work in a supportive environment with a fantastic team of professionals.
1. Year 4 Teacher (Summer Terms 1 & 2)We are looking for a qualified and experienced Year 4 teacher to cover the Summer Term 1 and 2. The role is ideally full-time (5 days a week) and will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' progress, and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering the Year 4 curriculum with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Assessing and tracking pupils’ progress.
- Supporting the emotional and academic development of all pupils.
- Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Contributing to the overall school ethos and development.
2. Year 1 Teacher (Summer Term 1)We are also seeking a Year 1 teacher to cover the Summer Term 1. This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing the Year 1 curriculum, ensuring each child reaches their potential in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering the Year 1 curriculum in an engaging and structured manner.
- Monitoring and assessing pupils’ progress.
- Providing pastoral care and support.
- Working in collaboration with the Year 1 team to ensure high standards of teaching.
- Communicating regularly with parents regarding pupil development.

Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
