An opportunity has arisen at an outstanding independent school in Leatherhead, Surrey to cover the role of PA to Headteacher from 10-28 March at a rate of £25 an hour plus holiday pay.
Hours - 7.30am - 5pm
The role is interviewing ASAP and candidates must have an enhanced DBS certificate and previous experience working in a school is preferable.
Duties:
- Diary management for the Head
- Meeting management and minuting meetings
- Liaison with high profile parents and teachers
- Management of all phone calls and inbox management for the Head
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies for the Head’s office
- Organising catering for meetings
- Pupil and staff liaison
