Your new company:Hays are partnered with an globally recognised school, that are looking for a Maintenance Plumber to begin immediately.(Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS checkprovided by us) Responsibilities include:
- Carry out general maintenance tasks across the campus encompassing plumbing works on a reactive maintenance and planned preventative basis
- Ensure that materials required to carry out maintenance works are procured via the Maintenance Manager in a timely manner
- Ensure that all personal protective equipment and tools are maintained in good working order
What you need to succeed:
- NVQ / City and Guilds Required as a minimum in plumbing
- Knowledge of COSHH, Manual Handling and general Health and Safety legislation
- Full UK driving licence.
