We are seeking to appoint a Senior Facilities Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for ACS International School’s Facilities operations, focusing primarily on our Egham and Hillingdon campuses. Reporting to the Head of Estates the postholder is responsible for leading the Facilities team and support partners to ensure efficient facilities management in alignment with the ACS Strategic Plan, annual budgets, and Service Level Agreements.

Driven to deliver excellent, customer-focused services, you will oversee the development and management of campus facilities to meet the organisation's current and future needs. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with faculties and departments, providing expert guidance and advice to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and a sound balance of best value and practice.About youThe successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, inspiring and inclusive leader, with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating facilities teams across a comparable estate portfolio including the management of extensive grounds. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent ACS to external parties as well as interface with internal partners, staff, consultants, and contractors.

You will be commercially astute with experience of managing significant operational and capital budgets. You will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of hard services, fabric maintenance and M&E, bring with you demonstrable experience of project managing large developments with values in excess on £1m and will possess a NEBOSH qualification in addition to your RICS, IWFM or other relevant built environment related qualification.
