NEW HOMES SALES NEGOTIATOR -LEATHERHEAD AREA - UP TO 20K BASIC DOE, UP TO £30K OTE DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotiator or Sales Negotiator to join a thriving Land & New Homes team within an extremely successful Estate Agents based in the Leatherhead area. Ideally you will have some experience in residential sales and are keen to start a career in New Homes. However, Trainees will be considered if you are enthusiastic, determined and REALLY want to succeed in the property industry! You will need to be energetic and driven, as well as take pride in delivering exceptional service levels at all times.

*5 day week, including Saturdays (may not be every Saturday) with a day off during the week*

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm - Saturdays 10am-5pm

Main Duties:

  • Assisting the New Homes team
  • Qualifying new applicants
  • Arranging and carrying-out viewings
  • Calling company client database about specific developments
  • Providing a first-class service
  • Managing client’s expectations
  • Travelling to local sites and calling out
  • Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
  • Managing the process from an offer being agreed to issuing the Memorandum of Sale, through to the exchange of Contracts and completion of the sale (depending on entry level, how involved you will be in this part)

  • Show exceptional attention to detail
  • Will preferably have a some experience within an Estate Agency environment
  • Must thrive on working at and delivering consistently high standards under pressure
  • Is looking for a long term career in New Homes

Must have:

  • A full clean driving licence with use of a car
