As a Lettings Negotiator you should:

• Have a successful track record of letting residential properties in a similar area

• Possess excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
• Be up to date with the latest lettings regulations
• Ideally have a good local knowledge of the Wimbledon area
• Have a UK driving licence
