This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to work within a highly successful and supportive team in a high-performing office. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, enjoys building relationships and is motivated to exceed targets. You’ll be part of a respected business that values integrity, team collaboration and career growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Generating new business opportunities and securing instructions
  • Handling offers and negotiating sales to completion
  • Delivering a seamless and professional service to buyers and vendors
  • Advising clients with confidence, market knowledge and professionalism
  • Maintaining accurate property and client records on CRM systems
  • Promoting additional services such as mortgage, conveyancing and insurance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in estate agency sales (negotiator or senior level)
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to targets
  • Organised, punctual and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Local market knowledge is an advantage
  • Full UK driving licence required
