Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER– Residential Lettings

Location: Leatherhead

Salary OTE: £50k (Negotiable based on experience & ability)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to be a Lettings Manager with a highly regarded local market leading company in the Leatherhead area.

To be considered for this role you must have previous lettings experience and a proven track record of achieving exceptional results.

You will be highly self-motivated, well-presented, articulate, and specifically, be capable of spotting business opportunities and winning instructions.

Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with excellent lettings credentials and who are either local or have a strong connection to the Leatherhead area.

You will be a sensational negotiator, an influential leader and motivator, but most importantly, an individual who enjoys and thrives within a Lettings sales environment.

The Company: Our client is a leading Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Surrey area who specialise in residential property sales and lettings.

Skills required for this Lettings Manager role will include:

  • Minimum experience at Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Manager level
  • Exceptional Listing / Valuations skills
  • Excellent selling / negotiation ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Successfully managing a team
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the Leatherhead area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential (and own car preferred)
