Senior Lettings Negotiator – Cobham, SurreyLocation: Cobham, SurreySalary: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic DOE | OTE Circa £45,000+Sector: Prime Lettings | Independent Estate Agency  We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Cobham, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established team dealing with high-value rental properties in the upper percentile of the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business generation, an ability to win market appraisals, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.  Key Responsibilities  
  • Proactively generate new business and build strong relationships with landlords and applicants
  • Conduct market appraisals and accurately value rental properties to secure instructions
  • Advise landlords on market trends, rental pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Upsell property management services and additional agency offerings to landlords
  • Oversee the lettings process from valuation through to tenancy agreements and move-ins
  • Manage and maintain a database of applicants, ensuring a proactive approach to lettings
  • Ensure all compliance, legal, and procedural regulations are met throughout the process
  • Work closely with the wider team to maximise opportunities and achieve branch targets
  Skills & Experience Required  
  • Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally within a prime or high-value market
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills with a track record of securing new instructions
  • Excellent knowledge of the lettings process, market trends, and regulations
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Local Elmbridge area knowledge would be highly advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
