- Handle all property-related administrative duties
- Manage diaries and schedules for the Directors
- Prepare property documents and sales reports
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Assist in the organisation of property viewings and meetings
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Directors
- Prior experience in an estate agency or similar environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
