We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our client's dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential and/or commercial real estate sales and lettings, who is capable of independently managing all aspects of the sales and renting process. Supported by our robust marketing tools and back-office operations, this position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our growth and success.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Independently manage the entire sales and renting process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Utilise company-provided marketing tools and CRM systems to track interactions, manage relationships, and close deals.
  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market insights and advice, leveraging your strong understanding of UK real estate legislation and market trends.
  • Work towards exceeding set performance targets and sales goals through effective client engagement and deal closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales and lettings.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating business and closing deals in the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, client-focused, and detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and time-management abilities.
