Reed HR are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our client on a full time basis to be based in the Leatherhead office. 

The role:This role will be responsible for supporting and driving all recruitment strategies to support the business resourcing requirements. You will focus daily on ensuring all recruitment activity reflects the latest vacancies, professional selection process, positive candidate experience and market lead to provide suitable candidates for assigned positions.

Who you are:

  • Able to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Experience within this role in a similar industry
  • Computer literate with advanced skills using MS Office and Outlook
  • Experience of working with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Understanding of latest recruitment laws and legislations

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with hiring managers to create job adverts for current openings
  • Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
  • Sourcing candidates through online channels
  • Conducting telephone interviews with candidates prior to forwarding to hiring managers
  • Collating data for candidates to forecast job board requirements
  • Participating in job fairs to increase brand awareness
  • Managing our employee accommodation site
