  • £33,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
  • Based in Leatherhead
  • Monday - Friday
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • 40 hours per week (flexible on start and finish time between 8am and 6pm)

Job description:

  • Prepare invoices using internal software.
  • Assist with migrating data to internal software.
  • Gather invoicing data from the Finance Coordinator.
  • Add extra charges to invoices and maintain discount records.
  • Generate direct debit files and input receipts into Sage.
  • Support credit control and resolve queries.
  • Export data to Sage 200 and reconcile income.
  • Assist with data submission.
  • Liaise with organisers on overdue payments.
  • Process approved refunds and code income to the correct account.
  • Address financial queries.
  • Support the Finance team with data analysis and external audit preparation.

Person specification:

  • Must have a full driving license due to office location
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
  • Professional qualifications are preferred
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Sage 200 is desirable
  • Being warm and approachable
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Always maintain confidentiality
