Role Overview:- Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Teaching Assistant (TA), or Cover Supervisor

In this role, you'll begin by supporting students in mathematics as an LSA, TA, or Cover Supervisor, immersing yourself in the school environment and working alongside experienced teachers. Pathway to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)This position is a stepping stone to a professional teaching career. After gaining experience and developing essential classroom skills, you'll have the exciting opportunity to progress to a SCITT (School-Centered Initial Teacher Training) program, where you can earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while continuing to work within the school.
