Key Responsibilities- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide targeted support to students, ensuring inclusive and accessible learning for all.
- Help manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts.
- Contribute to lesson planning and preparation of educational resources.
- Observe and report on student progress, offering feedback to the teaching team.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to pursue a teaching career.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children.
- A proactive, supportive approach to meeting diverse learning needs.
- Previous experience working with children, in settings such as schools, tutoring, or volunteering.
