Your new companyWe are currently recruiting for a fantastic local authority who are looking for Adult Social Workers on a permanent basis. They are a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional support and services to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, to empower clients to lead fulfilling and independent lives. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join this dynamic team. Your new role

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals.
  • Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognised social work degree.
  • Registration with SWE.
  • Fantastic opportunity for newly qualified Social Workers who have completed their ASYE.
