We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN LSA's to join our team in Leatherhead. This role is crucial in supporting students with ASD and SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide tailored support to students with ASD and SEMH, assisting them in their daily school activities.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents to support educational outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with ASD and SEMH.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
