Do you have the expertise and dedication to support their educational journey? We are looking for an exceptional ASD Secondary HLTA to join our dynamic team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where your skills and experience can truly impact the future of young learners. While a HLTA qualification is preferred, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality education to students with SEN and ASD.
• Collaborate with teachers to tailor lessons to individual student needs, ensuring effective engagement.
• Implement behavioural management strategies and assist students in managing their behaviour.
• Prepare and deliver learning materials that cater to the specific needs of SEN and ASD students.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Facilitate small group sessions and one-to-one support as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a HLTA, particularly with SEN and ASD students.
• A HLTA qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the educational needs and challenges faced by students with SEN and ASD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
