Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to support their service delivery and order processing. After training, you'll manage tasks using systems like Sage, HubSpot, and SharePoint, ensuring smooth operations for on-site installations.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for scheduling surveys and coordinating installation works with the Lead Engineer, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of installations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for installation-related queries.
  • Schedule installation dates with customers and update engineer diaries.
  • Ensure engineers have the necessary parts, tools, and materials.
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and plant deliveries to the site.
  • Manage the hire and return of access equipment.
  • Distribute key documentation such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and invoicing.
  • Process installation orders and generate monthly reports.
  • Arrange travel logistics for overseas projects.
  • Book flights and accommodation.
  • Maintain data in CRM and accounting systems.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are ready for installation.
  • Resolve invoice/payment disputes with credit control.
  • Regularly meet with the Lead Engineer to review schedules.
  • Provide quotations for variations and additions.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships and pursue commercial opportunities.

Person Specification:

  • Knowledge of Sage, HubSpot, and SharePoint.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Adapt to different tasks and occasionally step outside your core responsibilities to meet company needs.
  • Apply your knowledge to unfamiliar technical or operational situations and deliver practical, effective solutions.
  • Provide coverage for team members during holidays or absences.
  • Solve problems, both technical and operational, to support business needs.
  • Promote our products and services effectively over the phone and during on-site service visits.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
