My client is a leading provider of automotive services, dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service and high-quality vehicle maintenance. Our state-of-the-art workshop is fully equipped with the latest technology, from OBD diagnostic machines to our MOT bays. This means that we can supply our customers with effective repairs to a high standard and outstanding servicing at cost-effective prices.

Job Description

Are you a skilled and passionate car technician looking to join a dynamic team? As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
• Identify mechanical issues, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a car technician or mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and safety components.
• A passion for working with cars and delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driving license.

Salary and Benefits

• Hours and Days 07:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, hours flexible.
• Training Provided
• 20 Days Annual Holiday plus Bank Holidays
