Our client, a leading plant hire and service provider, is seeking a talented Mobile Plant Fitter to join their team in the Chesterfield region. This role offers excellent earning potential and benefits, including a company van and paid door-to-door travel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Repairing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of construction plant machinery.
- Collaborating with other engineers and mechanics to ensure service schedules are met.
- Delivering high-quality mechanic workmanship.
- Travelling throughout the Chesterfield and surrounding areas, responding to breakdowns and scheduled servicing.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive mechanical engineering experience in construction plant machinery repair and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Full UK driving licence.
- NVQ or City & Guilds in an engineering discipline (preferred).
- Experience as a Plant Fitter.
