We are currently looking for an experienced Band 5/6 MMT Pharmacy Technician to join a dedicated hospital pharmacy team in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy technician with prior hospital-based wards experience to contribute to patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Prior hospital-based wards experience is essential
- GHPC Registered Pharmacy Technician
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
- Strong knowledge of Medication Management and Therapy (MMT)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Support in the preparation and dispensing of medications for hospital wards
- Assist with medication reviews and therapy management
- Ensure medication safety and accuracy in line with hospital policies
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate (£18.00 - £24.00 per hour) depending on experience
