Your Mission

In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and services in the preparation of Wills, administration of estates, trust matters, and lasting powers of attorney. Manage your own caseload, meeting fee-earning targets while maintaining exceptional client service. Collaborate with a close-knit team of legal professionals, ensuring seamless case management and client satisfaction. Exhibit excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills to streamline processes and deliver efficiency. Adopt a proactive and adaptable approach to support the teams overall success.

Key Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years PQE in Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters.
  • Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of cases, including estate administration and trust management.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to support colleagues effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, with experience using case management software preferred.
